Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, definitely, we have 100% test before delivery.
What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown boxes and brown cartons, and if separate foam cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
How to proceed an order for lighting?
1. let us know your requirements or application;
2. We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions;
3. You confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
ls it OK to print my logo on lighting product?
Yes, Please inform us formally before the order and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
If the goods are damaged in transit, how to deal with?
1. For the products with large volume and large area of fragile part, we will suggest making wooden frame for outer packing;
2. For the easier broken parts, the corresponding compensation will be made after the evaluation.
